Maintenance + shutdown retrofit.

Service contracts on installed base. Shutdown retrofit within the shutdown window. Modernisation of plant without new build. For semiconductor fabs this means tool hookup during the scheduled maintenance window - for pharma it means HVAC Annex 1 adaptation in a live line - for automotive paint shops it means summer shutdown with 6-week mobilisation.

Shutdown logic

How we hold the shutdown window.

On the plant side, the shutdown is sacrosanct: the facility KPI is tool uptime, not construction convenience. Our mobilisation logic is calibrated to that reality - named site management per shift, headcount plan by day, pre-fabricated sub-assemblies, FOD inspection protocol before recommissioning.
