Construction quality is the minimum bar. What sets our work apart on Tier-1 EPC projects are three points - all three measurable at handover.

Cleanroom discipline

Crews with live-fab experience.

Cleanroom protocol and airlock discipline are trained before anyone steps onto a site for the first time. FOD avoidance is standard practice. The NCR record is low and documented.

Documentation

IQ / OQ / PQ-ready handover.

ALCOA+-compliant weld records, particle count reports to ISO 14644-3, as-built drawings and pressure cascade validation. Documentation is part of the deliverable.

Schedule

Shutdown window to the day.

Mobilisation with named site management, headcount plan by month and a full resource plan. The scheduled shutdown window is held to the agreed day.
