General terms and conditions.
The following conditions apply to all works contracts of RENKA s.r.o. in a B2B context, unless the individual contract provides otherwise.
Scope
RENKA s.r.o. concludes works contracts exclusively with business entities within the meaning of § 14 BGB (DE) or under Czech law. Consumer contracts are excluded.
Project-specific GTC
For each works contract project, Renka agrees the applicable general terms and conditions directly with the client - typically following the general contractor's standards or the works contract individually agreed between the parties. A blanket, pre-published set of GTC would not reflect the project- and industry-specific contracting practice.
We will send you the current GTC for the relevant project configuration on request - please state the project type (cleanroom installation, HVAC, paint shops, maintenance, shutdown retrofit).
Governing law
Unless individually agreed otherwise, Czech law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction for commercial parties is Liberec (Krajský soud v Ústí nad Labem), to the extent permitted by law.
Confidentiality
Renka is subject to contractual confidentiality obligations towards our end-clients. Clients acknowledge that project-related information, layout data and end-client identities are treated as strictly confidential and may only be disclosed to persons named in the NDA.
