Mechanical installation of complete paint systems for OEM automotive plants and industrial facilities. Spray booths, e-coat, ovens, skid conveyors, supply lines, exhaust air treatment. Experience with the major paint system general contractors (Dürr, Eisenmann successor companies, Haden, Geico).
Complete paint line mechanics.
- Spray booths (water wash, dry scrubber, plasma)
- Drying and curing ovens (convection, IR, UV)
- Skid and overhead conveyor mechanics
- Supply lines for paint, solvent, compressed air
- Exhaust air treatment coupled with thermal oxidisers (see TNV/RNV/KNV)
- Retrofit and modernisation in live production (shutdown slots)
